Competitions

Competition is an exciting event that brings together students and professionals from different schools, colleges & universities to showcase their skills and knowledge in the field of robotics. This competition features several categories, including soccer bot, theme solver, project exhibition, and line follower robot. Each category tests different aspects of robotics and allows participants to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills.

All Modules In Competition

Module 1: Soccer-bot Competition

Soccer-bot competitions are popular events in which teams of robots compete against each other in a game of soccer. These competitions are often held at educational institutions and robotics conferences as a way to promote the study of robotics and artificial intelligence. If you are planning to participate in a soccer-bot competition, it is important to familiarize yourself with the rules and guidelines that are typically followed.

1. Each team is allowed one robot on the field at a time.
2. Robots must be controlled through wireless remote controllers and only one person can control the robot.
3. Robots must be able to move around the field using wheels or similar means of propulsion.
4. Robots must be powered by a battery or other power source.
5. The field size and layout may vary depending on the competition, but it is typically a rectangular shape with goals at each end.
6. The game is divided into one half, and the team that scored two goals will be the winner.
7. Sides will be changed after the team who scores the first goal.

Who can participate: School and College Students:

Registration Fee:10,000/- per team

Winning Prize:Cash Prize

Includes: Day Lunch, Refreshment, Certificate of Participation, Pass for EdTech Conference

Module 2: Theme Solver Competition

Thematic Problem-Solving Event, where students will have the chance to showcase their problem-solving skills and creativity using the latest technologies and tools.

During the event, students will be given a problem related to a specific theme, such as sustainability, healthcare, or transportation. They will then have to use their knowledge and resources to come up with a solution to the problem using robotic kits, artificial intelligence kits, and other allied tools. The theme will be revealed on Day 01 of the event.

The event will be held over the course of two days, with the first day dedicated to problem formulation and brainstorming. Teams will have access to a variety of resources and expert mentors to help them come up with a viable solution to the problem.

On the second day, teams will be given the opportunity to present their solutions to a panel of judges, who will evaluate their projects based on various criteria such as innovation, feasibility, and overall impact. The winning team will receive a cash prize and a certificate of achievement. This event is a great opportunity for students to learn about the latest technologies and apply them to real-world problems, while also interacting with other like-minded individuals and sharing their ideas and experiences. We look forward to seeing the amazing solutions that the teams come up with and helping to shape the future of innovation.

Module 3: Project Exhibition Competition

The Project Exhibition is a competition where students are invited to showcase their innovative projects that fall within one of the five themes. The themes include
1) Smart City Project
2) Ocean Cleaner
3) Green Power Energy,
4) Cleantech, and
5)Autonomous vehicles
6) AI/IoT Based projects
7) Robotics Projects

In the Smart City Project theme, students are expected to present projects related to autonomous vehicles, smart streetlights, and smart garage parking. The Ocean Cleaner theme focuses on projects that aim to clean and protect the oceans, such as waste management and pollution prevention. The Green Power Energy theme encourages students to present projects that explore renewable energy sources, such as windmills and solar panels. The Cleantech theme focuses on projects that address climate change and environmental sustainability. Finally, the Autonomous vehicle’s theme challenges students to present projects related to the development and implementation of driverless vehicles and automatic parking systems etc.
During the exhibition, students will have the opportunity to present their projects to a panel of judges and receive feedback. The judges will select the top projects in each theme, and the winners will receive prizes and recognition. This event is a great opportunity for students to share their ideas and innovations with the community and to learn from their peers.

Module 4: Line Follower Robot (School & Colleges)

Line follower robots are a popular type of autonomous robot that is designed to follow a line or path marked on the floor. These robots are often used in educational settings as a way to teach students about robotics and programming. These are key rules and guidelines that must be followed when participating in line-follower robot competitions.
1. All robots must be autonomous, meaning that they must be able to navigate the course without any human intervention.
2. Robots must be able to follow a black line on a white background. The line must be at least 1inch wide.
3. The maximum size of the robot is limited to 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm.
4. The robot must not damage the course in any way.
5. The robot must not emit any harmful or disruptive substances or signals.
6. The Robot must not have any external means of control, such as a remote control.
7. The robot must be powered by a battery or similar power source.
8. Teams are allowed to have up to 3 members.
9. Each team is allowed to bring one line follower robot to the competition.
10. Teams are required to provide their own tools and equipment for maintaining and repairing their robot during the competition.

It is important for teams participating in line follower robot competitions in Pakistan to familiarize themselves with these rules and guidelines in order to ensure that their robot is eligible to compete. By following these rules, teams can ensure that the competition is fair and enjoyable for all participants.

Module 5: Line Follower Robot (Universities)

The Line Follower Robot Competition is an exciting event that challenges participants to design and build a robot that is capable of following a pre-determined track. This competition typically consists of three rounds, each with its own unique set of rules and challenges.

First Round:

The first round of the competition is the "complete the track" round. In this round, teams are required to build a robot that is able to navigate the track from start to finish without falling off or going astray. The judges will be looking for robots that are able to accurately follow the line and complete the course in a timely manner.

Second Round:

The second round of the competition is the "speed round." In this round, teams are required to build a robot that is able to navigate the track as quickly as possible. The judges will be looking for robots that are able to complete the course in the shortest amount of time while still accurately following the line.

Final Round:

In this round, teams are required to build a robot that is able to navigate the most challenging and complex track of the competition. The judges will be looking for robots that are able to complete the course with a high degree of accuracy and speed, as well as those that demonstrate a high level of innovation and creativity. Overall, the Line Follower Robot Competition is a fun and exciting event that challenges participants to design and build robots that are capable of accurately following a pre-determined track.
